USER-SUBMITTED GRAPHICS OWNERSHIP AND LICENSING POLICY

1. Scope and Application:

   • This policy covers all digital materials, including graphics, designs, images, illustrations, photographs, and any other visual content (collectively referred to as "Graphics") submitted by users or entities (collectively referred to as "Users") to Haddad Events LLC for any service, including but not limited to printing, reproduction, or display.
   • This policy applies regardless of the medium of submission, including online portals, email, physical storage devices, or any other means.

2. Ownership or License Affirmation:

   • By submitting Graphics to Haddad Events LLC, Users affirm that: a. They are the rightful owner of all rights, title, and interest in the submitted Graphics, or; b. They have procured appropriate licensing, rights, consents, or permissions to use and permit Haddad Events LLC to utilize the Graphics for intended purposes without any infringement.

3. User Obligations and Warranties:

   • Users are accountable for verifying the authenticity and legitimacy of the Graphics they submit.
   • Users warrant that the Graphics do not infringe upon third-party intellectual property rights, including copyrights, trademarks, or rights of publicity and privacy.
   • Users acknowledge their responsibility to secure, if necessary, and maintain relevant licenses, permissions, or consents for submitted Graphics.

4. Indemnification:

   • Users agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Haddad Events LLC, its agents, affiliates, and employees from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from or related to the submitted Graphics, especially pertaining to intellectual property rights infringements or violations of this policy.

5. No Presumption of Validation:

   • Haddad Events LLC does not undertake any obligation to validate or cross-verify the authenticity, legitimacy, or rights associated with submitted Graphics.
   • Users acknowledge and accept that Haddad Events LLC's acceptance or processing of Graphics should not be construed as an affirmation of its originality or non-infringement.

6. Policy Breach and Actions:

   • Upon notification or discovery of potential policy breaches or rights infringement, Haddad Events LLC reserves the right to: a. Halt or cancel any ongoing services associated with the Graphics. b. Remove or delete the disputed Graphics from its systems. c. Temporarily suspend or permanently terminate the User's access to its services. d. Take any additional actions deemed appropriate, including legal recourse.

7. Updates and Amendments:

   • Haddad Events LLC retains the right to modify, amend, or update this policy at its discretion. Such changes will be notified to Users and will be effective from the date of publication or as otherwise stated.
   • Continued submission of Graphics post any modifications implies User's acknowledgment and acceptance of the revised policy terms.

FLOOR WRAP USAGE TERMS AND LIABILITY RELEASE

By using the floor wrap services ("Services") offered by Haddad Events LLC, located at 6660 Dobbin Road Unit F (hereafter "Company"), you ("User") accept and agree to be bound by the following terms:

1. Acknowledgment of Risks: User acknowledges that there are inherent risks involved in using floor wraps, including but not limited to slips, trips, falls, and other related incidents that might lead to personal injury, property damage, or other losses.

2. Assumption of Risk: User willingly assumes all risks and responsibilities associated with the use of the Services. The Company is not responsible for supervising the use or maintenance of the floor wraps during or after its installation.

3. Release and Waiver: User hereby releases, discharges, and waives any claims, actions, or liabilities against Haddad Events LLC, its agents, representatives, and employees arising out of or connected to the use of the Services, including those allegedly attributable to negligent acts or omissions of the Company.

4. Indemnification: User agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Company from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses, including attorney's fees, arising from or relating to their use of the Services or breach of these terms.

5. Maintenance and Inspection: User agrees to inspect the floor wraps prior to use and report any defects, damages, or concerns to the Company immediately. Users are responsible for ensuring the safe use and maintenance of the floor wrap during their event or activity.

6. Severability: If any provision of these terms is deemed invalid or unenforceable, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.

7. Governing Law: These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [Your State/Country]. Disputes arising from these terms will be resolved in the jurisdiction of [Your State/Country].
